    • Payments made in Stripe will be recorded in HubSpot and associated with the responsible contact and deal.
    • Integration will ensure synchronization of payment data between Stripe and HubSpot.
  2. Adobe: Certificate Creation and Distribution:

    • The Adobe to HubSpot integration will enable the Company XYZ team to generate graduation certificates for students.
    • A simple process will allow relevant course completion information to be compiled into a certificate template.
    • Certificates will be automatically sent to students via email from HubSpot.
  3. Sage Intacct: Customer and Sales Order Updates:

    • Sage Intacct and HubSpot integration will allow Company XYZ to update or create Customers and Sales Orders in Sage Intacct.
    • All necessary details belonging to a HubSpot deal will be accurately reflected in Sage Intacct.
  4. Zoom Meeting Enrollment and Attendance Tracking:

    • Contacts meeting specific criteria will be enrolled in Zoom meetings using the HubSpot to Zoom integration.
    • Attendance information from Zoom meetings will be sent back to HubSpot.
    • Company XYZ will be able to create reports on meeting attendance rates and other relevant metrics based on the data captured.

    • The Cartfuel integration will empower the Company XYZ team to create payment plan options.
    • Integration will accommodate various tax rules seamlessly.
The Simple Process

  1. Evaluation and Planning:

    • Upon receiving an integration request, the HubSnacks integration team assesses the requirements, feasibility, and optimal implementation strategy.
